Listen as British world music radio host Andy Kershaw gives background on the Haiti, its history, and its music, and then plays sample tracks in different musical styles, from rara bands to kompa to rap from the slums of Port-au-Prince. Kershaw's comments are in English; the vocal selections are in Haitian Creole.
