In this learning exercise, students will examine the number of beans, to numerically calculate and the number of beans and place the beans in its proper place in each space. This learning exercise would best be used with second and third graders. Who are working such skills as counting, and building on addition facts. These early meta-cognitive skills, will be greatly challenged in this learning exercise activity, by drawing on the students spatial, and bodily-kinesthetic, intelligences.
