Bill of Rights -- Americans with Disabilities Act

Learners focus on the First and Ninth Amendments of the Bill of Rights. Before visiting a museum, they examine the Americans with Disabilities Act. During the visit, they work together with a museum member to watch a video and get answers to their questions. They also visit a local store in their community to determine if they have complied with the ADA.

It's great. Teaching an adult esl class means finding appropriate materials for older women. I can use any or most of these lessons for the beginning intermediate women after I check the topic of the worksheet.
