Discuss the difference between short-term goals and long-term goals. Then practice setting a goal. After the goal setting activity the class will practice all the kicks they have learned so far: snap kick, thrust kick, double kicks, round-house kick, and stepping side kick. They will practice while moving across the floor, using shields, and using kicking targets.
