Book Critic

What better way to get kids excited about reading than by having them start a book club together? This lesson suggests many good books that kids should enjoy reading or listening to together. After reading a story, young readers keep a reading journal where they keep track of how they liked or didn't like a story. Kids get to take turns being the one who suggests the new book for the group. A nice lesson based on the Arthur episode: "Arthur Hits the Books."
