Upper elementary scientists test basketballs with differing amounts of air to find if inflation affects bounce height. The lesson introduction poses the question of whether or not the composition of a ball determines bounce height, but that is not what the implementation portion actually investigates! Realize that although the presentation of this lesson plan is professional in appearance, the science behind it is lacking. You will find useful teaching tips here, but might want to brush up on the concepts.
