September 17 is a great day to focus on the US Constitution for on this day in 1787, the Constitution was signed. Through a series of activities, high schoolers get a chance to look closely at this famous document and the rights and privileges it defines.
- Have class groups research and report on SourceWatch as well as the Bill of Rights Institute, and the Charles G. Koch foundation
- The 23-page packet was developed by The Rill of Rights Institute, an organization sponsored by the Charles G. Koch foundation, that SourceWatch describes as a foundation that promotes a "conservative interpretation of the Constitution in schools"
