Instructional Ideas

  • Bring hand warmers to class and ask if anyone can explain how they work; come back to these at the end of the lesson and tweak answers

Classroom Considerations

  • Learners may notice different words (such as learnt) throughout the lab; this is due to the British rendering of these words
  • Due to the level and length of classes, the lesson duration may take a few days to over a week

Pros

  • Lesson ends with a provided terminal exercise for teachers to see who has mastered the concepts
  • Key provides answers to all in-text questions

Cons

  • None
