Students explore basic cloud types and the weather associated with each one. In this earth science lesson, students participate in numerous activities including going outside to observe the clouds they see, making a cloud in a jar, singing "Cloud Song", and graphing the weather for the entire weather unit. They also make a foldable displaying cirrus, cumulus, and stratus clouds using cotton balls, and sequence the steps of how a cloud is formed in their science journal
