A really good way for kids to learn how to work together is to create something together. Here, learners work together to complete a puzzle as a warm up. Then, they decide on a theme for a "Mutual Mural." After talking about how to best-proceed, pupils use two large pieces of butcher paper taped together, magic markers, crayons, and/or paint to create their masterpiece. Of course, it's proudly displayed in the classroom for all to see. This activity is based on the Arthur episode "Team Trouble."
