Everyone introduces themselves to the group and states how they are today. They each pick one index card without seeing what is written on it. There is a different quality written on each card. After everyone has picked a card, each person speaks about how they are affected by the quality s/he picked. The group is invited to feedback how they see the speaker in relation to the chosen quality.
