Students connect their personal histories with the family history of storyteller Antonio Sacre. In this thematic lesson, students listen to an audio file of Dreaming of Cuba: The Stories that Bind and answer discussion questions related to place and knowledge.  Students analyze the story and apply it to extension activities by researching Cuba or interviewing family members.
