El Education: Adolescent Anatomy and Disease [Student Project]

Curated by ACT

10th grade students at Dayton Regional STEM School in Beavercreek, Ohio, created this book, Adolescent Anatomy and Disease. This project is the culmination of several months of student work and represents a collaboration between the life sciences and wellness and fitness teachers. To create this book, groups of students worked together to write chapters on the different systems of the body with a focus on the anatomy and diseases of adolescents. Students met with medical students from Wright State University for critique.
