Pupils watch a video clip of a Slim Goodbody video. After each clip, students discuss the information. After the exercise clip pupils find their pulse while at rest. The following clip, on exercise is watched, and students discuss the importance of exercise. After the pledge video clip, pupils say the pledge together. Students create a KWL chart for use before, during and after the lesson.
