A thorough and fun lesson on Korea! In groups of four (Social Chair, Historian, Translator, Travel Agent) class members research North and South Korea to determine a good location for an overseas institute for studying abroad. Once this is decided, each group member addresses particular questions related to their role. Information is synthesized into a PowerPoint that would serve as an orientation for a student traveling to this institute. Lastly, each group creates a travel brochure on Korea. The resource includes detailed objectives, instructions, and resources for information. It does not include rubrics.
