G'day Math: Exploding Dots: Lesson 5.2 Division

Curated by ACT

An unusual approach to division is presented in this lesson. In the video, the instructor demonstrates his 'Exploding Dots' method for finding the answers to long division problems. It is a bit tricky to grasp at first but is quite beautiful in its simplicity. The video is accompanied by a written explanation of the examples and a few sample problems to try. This lesson is part of a larger module on this method of division, which can be accessed under the 'Courses' tab at the top. [7:37]
