Homeostasis and the Human Body

Curated and Reviewed by Lesson Planet

Don't expect much from this presentation. It contains five slides in addition to the title. The first describes homeostasis, the second states that it operates at all levels and lists the biological hierarchy, the third gives three examples: body temperature, water balance, and blood chemistry. The fourth slide lists how a body cools down and the fifth lists how a body warms up. If all you want is phrases to support your lecture, you might find this set of slides useful.
