How Do You Use the Graph of a Linear Equation to Solve a Word Problem?

Curated and Reviewed by Lesson Planet

There are rabbits, rabbits, rabbits everywhere. Not this group of rabbits. Use a table to find some x and y values to create a graph to solve this word problem. It's a rather peculiar word problem in that it is trying to find when a group of rabbits will become extinct. Nevertheless, watch this video and follow the instructor as she makes a table, then plots a graph, and finds the solution to when this group of rabbits will be extinct.
