Based in Montreal, a city with a rich Canadian-Jewish history, the Jewish Public Library Archives holds material related to Jewish Canadian texts, photographs, posters, rare books and ephemera, and microfilmed Jewish newspapers. The collection is open for research and is growing as the archive accepts donations of pertinent materials. There are four virtual exhibits available and email requests are invited from persons seeking information on the life of Jews in Canada and Montreal in particular.
