Gases, Pressure, and Volume

Middle schoolers investigate the relationship between pressure and volume in gases. For this gases, pressure and volume lesson plan, students learn about the meaning of pressure. They observe different nail boards and are able to sit on the 625-nail board and show the relationship between pressure, body weight and the area of the nail tips. They observe pressure exerted by air in balloons and that gases take up volume in containers.

Lesson Planet has helped me a lot especially since I have to pull from extra resources to teach an objective. Lesson Planet has also help when I needed a new idea for reteaching a lesson.
