Students identify and analyze how acid rain can affect the environment. They then explain how air, water, and pollution interact and conduct pH tests to find acidity levels in water. Finally, students become "Pollution Watch Reporters" who clip and report on news items dealing with the causes and effects of acid rain and other pollution upon both plants and animals.
