Students explore the digraph /ch/. They read and spell words with /ch/ and practice making the /ch/ sound by saying tongue twisters. They observe the teacher writing a /ch/ word and then write their own ch's. Students hold up a green card anytime they hear a /ch/ word. In addition, they listen to a book and hold up their hand when they hear a /ch/ sound.
