Locating the Salt Front - Section 1

In this salt front of the Hudson River activity, 7th graders first read an excerpt about the lower portion of the Hudson River that is an estuary. Then they use a colored pencil to plot salinity data from the table shown on a graph, identifying where the salinity is the highest and the lowest. There are four more questions that pertain to their graph. Using the same graph, students plot the data from table 2 given and respond to four questions related to the location of that data.
