In this measuring mass activity, students are given six pictures of objects and they determine the proper metric unit to measure the mass of each. They are given 16 objects and they determine if the measurement of mass should be milligrams, grams or kilograms. They circle the proper letter associated with each unit of measurement and complete a puzzle.
