"Money In My Pocket"

Second graders assess a brief history of money, the use of money, working with money as well as adding and subtracting with money and how to spend money wisely with responsibility. In addition, they discuss how everything belongs to God and we are stewards with what God has given us. A variety of Bible verses are read and discussed within this instructional activity.

I was at a crossroads trying to think of a new… interesting… active way to introduce and teach the different types of economic systems.
