Third graders investigate multiplication. Daily, they listen to a mini-instructional activity and complete multiplication problems. In groups, 3rd graders perform a variety of activities to practice their multiplication facts. The pupils sing songs, use flash cards, play factor football, create a book or poster, and play multiplication games on the computer. Students are given participation points for each activity performed.
