Ontario Council for Technology Education: Transportation Design and Construction [Pdf]

In this project, young scholars will develop knowledge and skills related to the construction of vehicle/craft systems. They will identify and describe the major systems and components of vehicles, aircraft, and/or watercraft such as body, hull, and/or fuselage system components. Students will use a problem-solving process to design and fabricate a component of a vehicle and a scaled watercraft. They will be expected to prepare a report on their work throughout the process using appropriate documentation.
