Use beaded necklaces to practice with ordinal numbers and sequencing. For the first, scholars color the beads blue, red, or yellow based on their given positions (1st, 3rd, etc.). The next set of beads has learners do the opposite, writing in which positions each color is on the necklace. Unfortunately, green and black are indistinguishable here. Consider just including black or having scholars outline a few beads in green. The last necklace is completely blank and they choose three colors, filling in the beads and writing the positions in the space provided.
