Pbs: Independent Lens: Project Kashmir

PROJECT KASHMIR attempts 'to navigate the treacherous maze of occupation, insurgency, unrest, censorship, and religious animosity'. The beauty of Kashmir is captured as India and Pakistan continually fight over Kashmir making daily life full of battle, conflict, and death. Though more alike than they are different, Kashmiri Muslims and Kashmiri Hindus remain divided by religious allegiances. A look at the filmmakers as well as behind the scenes making of the film and links to related topics are included.
