Physical Changes and States of Matter - Two

Here's a wonderful instructional activity on how substances change states. Groups of learners are given trays with a chocolate bar, a piece of paper, an ice cube, and a balloon. During the activity, the groups closely observe the changes that each object goes through. They keep track of their observations on a lab sheet that's embedded in the plan. Sure to be a hit!

Kathy S.
When plans are needed, and time is short, I begin here for help from my colleagues. The framework of lessons, excellent worksheets, and multimedia presentations has proved extremely helpful.
