Public Service Graphic Design

Twelfth graders create a billboard design (on the computer) to promote and increase awareness of a social problem. Students conduct research of public service issues that are of interest to them. They collect photos and images through internet research. Students use a digital camera to crate their own images and may also scan fabrics, papers, and drawings for use. They manipulate images and text to create a design for a billboard or web page in Photoshop.
