Students analyze the function of the lungs. In this lesson about the Respiratory System, students explore breathing and the movement of air through the lungs. Students perform an 4 part experiment to observe what it might look like for oxygen to move through the lungs, and what carbon dioxide is. Students will be able to explain the process performed by the Respiratory System at the end of this lesson.
