Setting the Stage for Service Learning Relationships

Students examine the meaning and examples of stereotypes, prejudice, and discrimination. In this social sensitivity activity, students identify stereotypes, give examples of stereotypes, prejudice, and discrimination, explain the connection between them, state hurtful outcomes, name their possible sources, and identify the cause and effect of a personal experience with them. Students suggest an alternate outcome.

Cathy D.
It is so helpful to have so many resources on one website. Sources that used to take hours of hunting on line now take little time to locate. In the event of a change of plans or if I need sub plans for the day, my work is done.
