This presentation takes the topic of scientific notation past the basics to look at some more complicated problems of simplifying numbers in scientific notation. Specifically, they cover multiplying a number in scientific notation by a real number, multiplying and dividing two numbers both in scientific notation, and raising a number written in scientific notation to a power.
