Souper Philanthropists: The Drive

Students understand how good- hearted people can make a difference to others. In this philanthropy lesson, students hear the story of a child who eats in a soup kitchen (Uncle Willie and the Soup Kitchen) and answer questions. Students reflect on the story and come up with a project to help children like the one in the story.
