Fifth graders read a book and complete several correlating activities to learn how to start their own business. In this economic and math instructional activity, 5th graders read the book The Toothpaste Millionaire. Students define the term entrepreneur, risk, cost, incentive, market, prices, and profit. Students then complete 2 small group activities to help them with building a business.
