Two activities focus on stress—common stressors and coping strategies. In the first activity, scholars identify stressors and explore ways to keep stress away. To aid the process, learners create a poster and complete a handout highlighting the SELF technique—sleep, exercise, leisure, and food. In the second activity, pupils read an article then write a public service announcement designed to assist peers feeling stressed, offering multiple tips on how to live stress-free.
