Studying Japanese Internment with Primary Documents

Eleventh graders view photographs of the Japanese society being interned in camps during World War II in the United States. In groups, they read and discuss Executive Order 9066 and try to determine what group they are trying to focus on. They write a summary of the Order and share it with the class.

Lesson Planet has helped me in not wasting time reinventing the wheel. When I have an idea for an activity in my physics class I check to see what others have done.
