Suffixes 2

A list of nine verbs is provided for students to add different suffixes; a bank of five suffixes is also given. Only some of the suffixes actually work with verbs, though, so this is a good opportunity for discovery. Learners reflect on their investigations, and later think of other words that fit the patterns they find. This would be a great learning exercise for English Language Learners.
