The lessons are broken up into the broad categories of air, water, and waste, and look at issues around quality, pollution, conservation, and recycling. There are activities for Earth Day, and ideas for games. There is also a detailed glossary of environmental terms. As this was published in 2001, some of the material may need to be updated, for example, the list of environmental legislation.
