Terrorism: What's in a Word?

Learners read selected articles and discuss various definitions of terrorism. They create a chekclist of their definitions. Students listen as the teacher reads several scenarios aloud and decide if the incident would count as terrorism. They discuss the impact of the term "terrorism" and reasons it could be an effective political tool to accuse your opponent of being a terrorist.
