The Judicial Review Process

Young scholars read an article in which the U.S. Congress proposes a bill that says school will be open 365 days a year. They are asked if this new law violates any amendments in their Bill of Rights. Students use the table and a copy of the Bill of Rights to analyze whether or not the law violate each amendment.
