The insanity escalates as soldiers shoot at commoners who were trying to get gunpowder from the Bastille. Now, the citizens along with deserters from the King's army have even more of a thirst for revenge. Governor de Laurnay has a difficult decision to make. The clip ends abruptly, but picks up in part three.
