Students examine the use of credit such as installment purchases and credit cards. In this credit lesson, students learn the vocabulary associated with credit usage such as mortgage, credit report/score, and debit cards. They determine the pros and cons of paying of items with credit and access the Internet to view credit reports. They work with the 20/10 rule, and determine how to choose a credit card and how to use it responsibly.
