In this United States government lesson, students discuss the differences between rights and privileges and construct a chart that lists some of our rights as citizens. Young scholars read the Preamble and create a Constitution for their school. Each student sets up a video tape presentation on their school Constitution to play on the school's closed-circuit TV.
