Visual Arts: Using Imagery

Learners extend the colors, shapes, textures and lines of an unknown composition to create perspective in their drawings. Using oil pastels, they work in pairs to create a long continuous artwork of imagery inspired by sailing vessels and the sea. They reveal their drawings for an entire view of Rolling Out the Seas.

Lesson Planet has been fantastic!! I have been able to look at many different lessons based on my chosen theme and then just take the pieces I like and make it my own. It makes life so much easier and I have gleaned some great ideas. Thank you!!
