Instructional Ideas

• Once you've tried a few of these and kids get the idea, challenge a student or group to come up with or lead the warm-up for the day

Pros

• Most of these activities require little equipment, and what you will need you probably have
• Incorporates a lot of creativity into each warm-up (i.e. kids are pretending they are in a car while you tell them to accelerate or decelerate)

Cons

• None
