What is all the Fuss about?

Learners brainstorm a list of science discoveries and inventions that they think are important. They work in small groups, students examine 1-3 science discoeries more closely. Each group needs a recorder, and they answer three questions about each discovery they look at: Was the discovery made by an individual or a group?, What was the process involved? and How did the world find out about the discovery?
