This article presents information on streams and various terminology associated with streams. In the article, the difference between intermittent and blue-line streams are discussed. Also, the difference between first-, second-, third-, and fourth-order streams are mentioned. The role of the base level of erosion is discussed, along with what nickpoints and meanders are.
