Students create advertisements and timelines for musical instruments used during the Romantic Era. In this music appreciation lesson, students make a timeline for 12 orchestral eras and instruments. Then students will select a particular instrument from the Romantic era to research in detail. Students use information found in research to create an advertisement about the instrument.
